Merge PDF Tool

Combine multiple PDF files into one single PDF document, right in your browser.

Why Merge PDFs?

Merging PDFs is extremely useful for organizing documents. Instead of handling multiple files (like ‘Cover_Page.pdf’, ‘Chapter1.pdf’, ‘Chapter2.pdf’), you can combine them into one ‘Full_Book.pdf’. This is perfect for reports, assignments, or portfolios.

This tool runs entirely on your device. Your PDF files are **never uploaded to any server**, so your information remains 100% private and secure.

How to Use This Tool

  • 1. Select PDFs: Click the large “Click here to select PDFs” box.
  • 2. Select Multiple Files: In the file dialog, select all the PDF files you want to merge. You can usually select multiple files by holding ‘Ctrl’ (Windows) or ‘Cmd’ (Mac) and clicking them.
  • 3. Check Order: The files will appear in a list. The tool will merge them in this order. (Note: Most browsers select them alphabetically, you may need to rename them first e.g., ‘1-file.pdf’, ‘2-file.pdf’).
  • 4. Merge: Click the “Merge PDFs” button.
  • 5. Wait & Download: The tool will show a “Merging PDFs…” message. When finished, your new ‘merged.pdf’ file will automatically download.
  • 6. Reset: Click “Reset” to clear all selected files and start over.
